Reformatted the National Email Directory and added Unit Web
Page Links. If your Unit Page is not linked or your name is not email linked please let me
know. Also fixed most of the Appendix Links on the Escort
Officer Manual. Some links that are still not working because the referenced document
is not online yet.

Well spent a good part of Sunday working on the page. I have completely gone through the NSCC Regulations and fixed and formatted everything. The Escort Officer Handbook is now online as well. most of the
Appendices are up as well. I should have the remainder done on Monday 14 DEC 98. The National Email Directory is complete through 01 OCT 98. I will
be reviewing all of my Directory updates and making any changes. If you are not listed and
have an email address let me know. (This is for COs and above).
As always if you come across a broken link please let me
know. Some links are correct but not working because of other upstream or downstream work
that have yet to be accomplished.

All of the Action, Information, and Memoranda have been reformatted and the broken links
repaired. This should facilitate the users of Internet Explorer better. Also added Information Letter 12-98 NSCC Officers and Taxes.

Added more HTML versions of Memoranda and Information Letters. Getting close 3000 Mark.

Fixed some glitches here and there. Added and corrected some item to the Memoranda
Section. Got the "Official Endorsement" form NHQ this week. See Memoranda for 30 October 1998.

Added Information Letter 13-98 and the Memorandum
for the Growth Action Plan (I.E. 10 Cadets in 30 Days). Added some more HTML/PDF files to
the Information Letter directory. I am slowly going through and correcting programming for
better interface with Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Updated the Forms Menu, as of right now there are no plans to offer MS Word versions of
forms for downloading. The Forms versions of the PDFs are available and should suffice for
now. Some files have been moved if you come across a broken link please notify the page
manager as soon as possible.

Promotion Materials area is functioning. The Officer Midshipman Study Guide HTML portions
are coming along. Should be done this weekend as well as the PDF version of the Answer
Sheets. Information Letter 11-98 (Winter Training Schedule) the NSCC/NLCC Memorandum on
the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) are also online now.

Added new Promotional Materials area. Will add more in coming days. Crossed the 2000 mark.

Correct some small spelling errors (thanks LCDR Murphy) and uploading the correct graphic
for the Navy League Youth Services Medal. If ANYONE has a picture or some sort of idea
what the SAR Bronze Good Citizenship Award looks like please drop me a line at

More PDF versions of NSCC Forms have been added with the data entry feature. Those forms
are NSC-3A, NSC-3B, NSC-4, NSC-4A, NSC-4C, NSC-5A, NSC-5B, NSC-6, NSC-7, NSC-9A NSC-9B,
NSC-10, NSC-11, NSC-12, NSC-13, NSC-14, NSC-18, NSC-19A, and NSC-19B.

Some of the PDF versions of NSCC Forms have data entry capabilities now. Those forms
include NSC-1, NSC-3, NSC-9, NSC-15, NSC-17, NSC-22, and NSC-24C more to follow in the
coming days.

New Front Page, Added Officer/Midshipman Study Guide gateway. PDF version available, HTML
tomorrow.

Added remaining chapters for the NLCC Regulations as well as the complete HTML version of
the NLCC Regulations. Added the Accident Insurance Policy Form to the Forms Menu. Updated
a few of the uniform graphics. Shipboard Orientation Guide gateway opened. PDF version is
online. Also added a few new Navy Instructions to the menu. Crossed the 1000 mark
yesterday. Not bad for 27 days, that's approximately 40 hits a day.

08-98 and 09-98 are now available in PDF Format.

Added Chapters Two and Three of the Navy League Regulations. Crossed the 900 mark today.

Added Action Letter 12-98, Reformatted Action Letter Menu. Opened up New Navy League
Regulations, Forward and Chapter One are online. Should have the remainder done by
tomorrow, Entire manual is only about 18 pages long, so a PDF version is also available.
Crossed the 800 mark sometime yesterday. Also, got our first official mention on Action
Letter 12-98.

mark.

Wash-O-Grams 2-98 and 3-98 are online. The Gateway to the Navy Uniform Catalog was
created. Working on the body of the Catalog. Its BIG. Should be up and running in color
and black and white by tomorrow.
