• Added the Winter Edition of the Wash-O-Gram.

• As many of you are aware the new NSCC Regulations have been released. The Action Letter making them effective was sent to me earlier this week. I will do my best to have the new Regulations online, and all of the associated broken links repairs by the end of the week.

• Added new Articles to the Public Affairs Page. The article is from All Hands Magazine in 1964. If you have any old artlicles at your units that you woudl like archived for historical purposes, please scan them in JPG or PDF format and email to resources@seacadets.org. • Repaired broken links in the Advancement and Training Manual, Chapter 1.
• Repaired broken links in the Advancement and Training Manual, Chapter 2.
• Added new Articles to the Public Affairs Page.

• Added Action Letter 05-06 (2006 NSCC Officer Promotion Board), This Action Letter announces the dates and deadlines for the 2006 Promotion Boards for Lieutenant and Lieutenant Commander.
• Added Action Letter 06-06 (NSCC/NLCC Enrollment Fee Increase) This Action Letter announces the increase in enrollment fees to $50/$15/$10 effective 01 JAN 2007.

20 SEP 2006

• Added Action Letter 04-06 (NSCC/NLCC Advancement and Training Manual Change #1) This change announces the creating and rollout of online NSCC Petty Officer Testing. NLCC Petty Officer testing will remain as is. This service will be officer at COMPASS.
• Changes have been incorporated into the Advancement and Training Manual, Chapter 3.

• Uploaded new graphic of the JSOC Badge.
• Updated the Record of Awards (NSCADM 010) form to reflect the new badge. Fill in form for PDF to follow shortly.
• Updated the HTML Ribbon Chart and PDF Ribbon Chart with the new JSOC Badge.

• Added Action Letter 03-06 (Change #3 to 2004 NSCC/NLCC Awards Manual). This change includes the following:
  • Authorization of the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) Badge. A Graphic of the badge will be incorporated as soon as possible. The JSOC Badge os worn centered on the left breast pocket 1/4" below the flap, similar to the MAA Badge. Refer to NSCC Awards Manual, Chapter Five, Section 1.
  • Deletion of the Commodore Thomas J Lupo Foundation Award.
  • Addition of award levels for NSCC/NLCC Annual Inspection Certificates.
• Added KING'S COUNTY Squadron as the September 2006 Site of the Month.
• Added new Articles to the Public Affairs Page.
• Added a link to the Noble Odyssey Foundation on the Educational Partners Page.

• Site of the Month for TICONDEROGA Division of Coast Guard Air Station Sacramento in McClellen, California (Region 12-5).

• Added the June Site of the Month, HUNLEY-YORKTOWN Division of Charleston, South Carolina.

• Added new Graphics of the VFW NSCC Ribbon and Medal. Also Updated the PDF Version of the NSCC/NLCC Awards Chart.

• Fixed some discrepancies left over from the site reformat.

• As you may have noticed I have updated the look and feel of the Resources Portal. There will be a couple of broken links for a day or so until I get everything back to speed, there was some moving, consolidation, and shuffling, to stream lines some things. thanks for all of your support.

• Updated the geographic maps for Regions 1 and 11.

• Removed links to International Exchange Programs forms on Training Forms Page. Please go to the International Exchange Programs web site for current forms and instructions.

• Added new Articles to the Public Affairs Page.
• Added Action Letter 02-06 (Change #2 to 2004 NSCC/NLCC Administration Manual). Made all of the changes to the appropriate references and have uploaded the new Record of Awards Form (NSCADM 010).

• Added Information Letter 03-06 (2006 NSCC International, Canadian, and U.S. Hosted Exchange Programs) enclosures will be added when they are received from NHQ.

• Performed a significant restructure and update to the site yesterday. If you notice any broken links, please let me know via the feedback form.
• Placed and announcement for an editor for the Wash-O-Gram. See the main page for more information or log onto http://idg.seacadets.org/news.
• Added Information Letter 02-06 (TWT Opportunity with the Foundation for Teaching Economics)
• Added Action Letter 01-06 (Secretary of Defense Fulcrum Shield Award)
• There are some programming issues with the PDF version NSCADM 007 (Cadet Enrollment Form) They are being corrected and the updated form should be online before Monday, 30 JAN 2006.

• Added new versions of Request for Training Authority - Cadet (NSCTNG 001), Request for Training Authority - Officer (NSCTNG 002), Locally Arranged Training - Cadet (NSCTNG 003), Locally Arranged Training - Officer (NSCTNG 004), and NSCC/NLCC Training Check-Off List (NSCTNG 013). Please note that the NSCTNG 013 is now used to prepare ALL Cadets (NSCC and NLCC) for participation in organized training, not just NSCC Recruit Training and NLCC Recruit Orientation Training.
