03 DEC 2005 Updated the Excel Annual Inspection Guides on the Annual Inspection page. They now reflect the 2005 Inspection Year. 28 NOV 2005 Removed OPNAVINST 5760.2C from the Navy Instructions Page as well as the reference from the Advancement and Training Manual, Chapter Two. This instruction has been cancelled by the Navy and is no longer in effect. 24 NOV 2005 Added Action Letter 07-05 (2005 NSCC/NLCC Annual Inspection/Evaluation Report). Added NSCC Memorandum of 15 November 2005 (Effective Action/Information Letters). Updated all files on the Annual Inspection page. Inspection documents are revised for 2005. If you would have asked me back in 1998 if I would still be doing this, I probably would have told you no. But here I am. Cranking away on an almost daily basis. I use it EVERYDAY. - There are 532 different HTML Pages on the Site and a total of 4,504 different files (370 MEGS) - The Search Window is used on average 50 times per day. The most popular searched word/phrase is "Boot Camp". Which is humorous. because training information can be found on http://compass.seacadets.org If you do not use the search window, try it out, 99% of the time it will get you to the answer you are looking for. The Army seems to have gotten confused since the last update to this document, they have merged the Sea Cadet and Sea Scout Requirements. The new Regulation says Cadets have to have served a certain time and received the Quartermaster Award. The Quartermaster Award is related to Sea Scouting.
