1110 - General

1110.1 Chapter TWELVE of NSCC Regulations applies equally to NLCC units with regard to enrollment fees, insurance program, and finances.

1110.2 No NSCC individual or NLCC cadet may participate in any NLCC activity or function until his or her enrollment fees have been paid and forwarded to NHQ.

1110.3 Enrollment in the NSCC Accident Insurance Plan is mandatory for NLCC cadets, and for NSCC officers, midshipmen, and instructors.

1110.4 NHQ will issue a NLCC identification card to each cadet upon enrollment or re-enrollment fees. This card certifies that the person is enrolled in the NLCC, is eligible to participate in all NLCC activities, and is participating in the mandatory insurance program.

1110.5 NHQ will issue NSCC officer, midshipman, and instructor identification cards in accordance with NSCC Regulations, Chapter TWELVE.
