1. This memorandum is intended to clarify any confusion related to the NHQ phone menu. The individuals listed below with the single digit numbers equate to the subject areas on the menu.

Nicholas Morales - Push 1
Tami Ptack - Push 2 or 5
Veronica Morales - Push 3
Stephen Bunting - Push 4
Stephen Barrett - Push 6
Evelyn Tadle - Push 7
Henry Nyland - Push 8

2. Please ensure this memorandum receives widest dissemination. The "Chain of Command" should be utilized before calling NHQ.

3. ALL HANDS!! NHQ will be closed for business on 9 November 2001. No one will be available for calls. A moving company will be the only people in the building. Normal operations will resume on Monday 12 November 2001. Hopefully, (fingers crossed) the phones will be operational. We will have the same phone numbers, and same phone menu, and same email addresses. The NHQ mailing address will NOT change.
