The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) was established to provide federal employees with the opportunity to donate through payroll deductions to charities that offer programs designed to meet human needs in our communities and nationally. It is an annual drive to raise funds for qualified organizations and the only authorized on-the-job solicitation of federal civilians and military employees at their places of work. The Naval Sea Cadet Corps has again been approved for participation in the 1999 CFC campaign which will be conducted during the period of September through December. We have been assigned the national code number of "1001," the number which is entered on the CFC pledge card to designate contributions to the Sea Cadet Corps.
