Subj: Financial Support of the Naval Sea Cadet Corps Cadet Foreign Exchange Program

1. Investing in our nation's youth today for a better tomorrow, for all our citizens, is what the Naval Sea Cadet Corps is all about. Holding good citizenship as it's primary objective, the Naval Sea Cadet Corps (NSCC) also prides itself on its other goals of enhanced patriotism, pride in country and self, improved self esteem and confidence, and promoting drug and gang free lifestyles. We also hope to develop among cadets an appreciation for U.S. maritime history and the importance of our nation's health, well being, and role in the world order. In part, training for this comes from our cadet foreign exchange program.

2. Our cadets presently pay their own expenses to participate in the foreign exchange program. We are trying to establish a merit based exchange program so that every cadet has an opportunity based on their own actions. That's why we need your help.

3. We need your donations to make our exchange program succeed. We need you to consider the importance of investing in today's youth so that their future and that of our nation remains bright. Your contribution will make that happen. NSCC LCDR Mike Campbell is our Director for the International Exchange Program. He is also our Chairman for this fund raising effort. Your donation is your investment in securing for your children, our children, a leadership that guarantees for them a future as good if not better than the life we now enjoy. Invest today in tomorrow's citizenry by support of the Sea Cadet's Foreign Exchange Program.
