2. Lieutenant Commander LaVoie and Cadet CPO Harris will be invited to attend the Navy League Convention in Chicago, Illinois, from 2 1 to 25 July 1999, as guests of the Navy League and the Naval Sea Cadet Corps. Cadet Boyle will be honored at an appropriate ceremony in Lawrence, Massachusetts.
