This letter announces the released of the 2009 version of the NSCC Medical Reference, Policy and Procedures manual and the associates forms and updates. This manual should be read in its entirety and reviewed thoroughly.

This letter announces complete revision to Chapter Six of the NSCC Regulations to be in compliance with NSCC Reference, Policy, and Procedures Manual.

This new manual/instruction is a must read for units, regions, and training contingents that are interested in running an official NSCC web site. Guidelines on styles, rules on content, and suggestions on format are all included. Guidelines regarding NSCC/NLCC personnel conduct on the internet is also included.
