1. The National Chairman has approved the action of the Awards Committee in selecting recipients of the Naval Sea Cadet/Navy League Cadet awards for the inspection year 2000. The winners and runners-up for each award are:

2. The Awards Manual indicated that the President's Award will be issued to NSCC units and the Chairman's Award will be issued to NLCC units. As per this Information Letter these awards have been reverse. This change will be incorporated into the next update to the Awards Manual.

3. This Information Letter is cancelled effective 31 December 2001.
