1. Development of a public relations program is essentially a unit responsibility. To assist in the endeavor, a public relations guide is forwarded as enclosure (1). Your comments on the utility of these releases will assist in improving our public relations efforts. 2. Public relations is an "all hands" evolution which should be a consideration in every unit activity/function. You can make it happen. 3. Reference (a) is cancelled. This Information Letter will remain in effect until cancelled by separate correspondence.
