NSCC/NLCC ACTION LETTER 03-09

Purpose.  To forward totally revised Chapter 6, NSCC Regulations.

Background.  In compliance with the American Disability Act (ADA), Chapter 6 of the NSCC Regulations has been revised in total.

Discussion. The revised Chapter 6 contained in enclosure (1) brings the Naval Sea Cadet Corps into compliance with the American Disabilities Act. The NSCC Medical Reference Policy and Procedures Manual has been revised and is in compliance with this change and the ADA.

Action. Replace in total the present Chapter 6 of NSCC Regulations wit enclosure (1). Enter Change 1 in Record of Changes in the NSCC Regulations Manual.

Cancellation. This letter is cancelled upon completion of the action and for record purposes December 31, 2009.
