Awards Manual (Sept. 2004)

1. Purpose: To
announce a new NSCC/NLCC Awards Manual
and to cancel NSCC
Awards Manual (Jan '99) and all NSCC Action/Information Letters which have
been incorporated into this manual.
2. Background: Over
the past years a number of NSCC Action/Information Letters
have been issued to promulgate changes in NSCC awards policy. These
changes and
others approved by both the Board of Directors and Awards Committee have
been
incorporated into the NSCC Awards Manual (2004), which should be read in
its entirety.
3. Action: The
enclosure is effective upon receipt. There have been significant
changes to the regulations. All officers and cadets should correct the
wearing of their
ribbons according to new order of precedence.
4. Cancellation:
The following NSCC Action/Information Letters, which have been incorporated
into this revision, are cancelled: Action Letters
1-00, 7-01, 10-01;
Information Letter 11-02.
This Action Letter is cancelled upon receipt of the NSCC
Awards Manual (2004) or no later than 31 December 2004.
