NSCC ACTION LETTER 01-04

1. Purpose. To introduce the new NSCC/NLCC Administration Manual and Admin Forms. The above references have been incorporated in the new NSCC/NLCC Administration Manual. These letters or sections of letters are hereby considered cancelled upon receipt of the new manual.

2. Action. Upon receipt of the new manual please destroy ALL copies of the old manual. Local reproduction of the manual is authorized. The forms included in the Appendix are the new and most current version of the form. Please ensure these forms are included in your local files and ALL old versions are destroyed. The manual and the forms are available on the Sea Cadet Resource Page.

4. Cancellation. This letter is considered cancelled upon receipt of the new NSCC/NLCC Administration Manual or 1 May 2004 which ever comes first.
