 9 September 2002 NSCC ACTION LETTER 08-02
1. Purpose. To advise all concerned of the re-organization of NSCC Region 5, Mid-Atlantic Region and Region 8, Southwest Region. 2. Background/Discussion. Region 5 and 8 contain large population bases. In order to capitalize on these areas and maximize available NSCC leadership assets, Region 5 and Region 8 need to be re-organized. 3. Action. New Region 5 organization is shown in enclosure (1) and is effective 1 November 2002. New Region 8 organization is shown in enclosure (2) and is effective 1 September 2002. 4. Cancellation. This letter is cancelled upon incorporation of new Region 5 and 8 organizations into appropriate manuals and instructions.
