1. Purpose. The Purpose of this action letter is to update sections of the NSCC Officer's Handbook.

2. Background. The enclosures provide current information regarding specific subjects of the handbook.

3. Action. 

  1. Remove page III-5 and replace with enclosure 1.

  2. Remove Chapter Four and replace with enclosure 2.

  3. Remove page VIII-5 and replace with enclosure 3.

5. Cancellation. This letter is cancelled when the enclosures have been incorporated into the Officer's Handbook or no later than 31 December 2001.
