NSCC ACTION LETTER 14-99
1. The above references have been incorporated in the new NSCC/NLCC Administrative Manual. These letters are hereby considered cancelled upon receipt of the new manual. 2. Upon receipt of the new manual please destroy ALL copies of the old manual. Local reproduction of the new manual is authorized. The forms that appear in the appendix are also new. Please review and destroy ALL old copies of the forms. They are easily identified by a new numbering system. Please review the new NSCSUP 001. This form is a combination of the old NSC-6, NSC-7, and NSC-7B. If a form is not listed it simply means it has been incorporated into another form. NHQ in working with the forms committee will continue to issue the new forms to the field when they become available. The manual and the new forms will also be available on the Sea Cadet Web Page. 3. Cancellation. This letter is cancelled upon receipt of the new NSCC/NLCC Administrative Manual or 1 March 2000 which ever comes first.
