 November 17, 1999 NSCC ACTION LETTER 11-99
1. Purpose. To announce the promulgation of the NLC-6 form to nominate a NLCC cadet for the Keith T. Weaver Award. This award recognizes the Navy League Cadet who has excelled in all phases of NLCC training and whose achievements mark him or her as the "NLCC Cadet of the Year". 2. Discussion. The enclosed form is to be used to nominate the NLCC cadet for the Keith T. Weaver Award. Selection criteria for this award are enumerated in Chapter Two, Section IV of the 1999 Awards Manual. Please note that a current full-length picture of the nominee is required. The deadline for submission of nominees for this award is January 1, 2000. 3. Action. Please complete the enclosed form and submit with a current full-length picture when nominating cadets for this award. 4. Cancellation. This action letter is cancelled 31 January 2000.
