 18 January 1999 NSCC ACTION LETTER 1-99
1. Purpose: To distribute the revised NSCC/NLCC Awards Manual which is effective upon receipt and to cancel NSCC Awards Manual January 1990 and all NSCC Action/Information Letters which have been incorporated into this manual. 2. Discussion:Over the past years a number of NSCC Action/information Letters have bean issued to promulgate changes in NSCC policy. These changes and others approved by the Board of Directors have been incorporated into the NSCC Awards Manual (1999)which should be read in its entirety. 3. Action: The enclosure is effective upon receipt and should be read in its entirety. Any corrections should be submitted to NSCC Headquartars. Significant changes to the regulations are outlined in enclosure (2). All officers and cadets should correct the wearing of their ribbons according to new order of precedence. 4. Cancellation: The following NSCC Action/information Letters which have been incorporated into this revision are canceled: Action Letters 3-91, 12-91, 14-94, 8-95, 10-96, 9-98; Information Letter 4-96. This Action Letter is canceled upon receipt of the NSCC Awards Manual (1999) or no later than 21 January 1999.
