 September 12, 997 NSCC ACTION LETTER 9-97 ADDENDUM
An additional requirement for submission of NSCC Officer Promotion Recommendation Form (NSC 17 (Rev 4-95)) is to include with ALL recommendations a current full length side view picture of the officer applicant. Any requests submitted without this requirement will be returned.
