1. Background/Discussion. The last two sentences of the second paragraph of Chapter Three, Section A, on page III-1, erroneously lists two approval authorities for advancement to PO1. The only approval authority to PO1 is the Executive Director, USNSCC. 2. Action Change PO1 to PO2 in the last sentence of the second paragraph of Chapter Three, Section A, on page III-1, and enter this change as CHANGE 1 on the RECORD OF CHANGES page in the front of the manual. 3. Cancellation This Action Letter is cancelled upon incorporation of this change as noted above.
