1. The above references have been incorporated in the new NSCC/NLCC Advancement and Training Manual and are hereby considered cancelled upon receipt of the new manual.

2. Upon receipt of the new manual please destroy the old manual. Local reproduction of the new manual is authorized.

3. Cancellation: This letter is cancelled upon receipt of the new Advancement and Training Manual or no later than 1 June 1997.
