 7 December 1992 NSCC ACTION LETTER 11-92
1. Purpose. To provide authorization for NLCCs to wear the Jumper Uniform as an option in addition to those uniforms prescribed in enclosure (1). 2. Action. Effective immediately the blue/black and white undress jumper uniforms may be worn as an optional uniform by male NLCCs. NLCC unit/company Commanding Officers should keep in mind that the cost of tailoring jumper uniforms to properly fit cadets may present a very real problem, All unit personnel must maintain uniformity, i.e., all male cadets will wear either the NLCC standard uniform or undress jumpers. 3. Cancellation. This Action Letter supersedes Action Letter 11-91 and will be cancelled when its contents have been incorporated into the NSCC/NLCC Uniform Regulations Manual.
